It is published twice a year and makes it possible to evaluate the achievements of universities through a comparison of their web content. The scoring methodology takes into account webometric and bibliometric indicators: visibility (the number of external networks referring to the institution’s web pages), citation analysis (the number of citations from the best authors) and superiority (the number of citations from five-year period).
