RAJOURI: With the intention of supporting governance by introducing more efficient and transparent inter and intra-government processes, Rajouri District Administration today organized a one-day training program on the office work system. electronic for agents and officials of different departments.

The program was organized under the general supervision of Rajouri District Development Commissioner Vikas Kundal.

Speaking to attendees, DDC said the new e-Office system is an integrated file and records management system that allows employees to manage content, search for data internally, and collaborate. The file system also enables electronic movement and tracking of files, as well as archiving and retrieval of data.

He added that the administration has adopted the electronic office software from the National Informatics Center (NIC) to deploy an electronic office system.

Emphasizing the role of the electronic office in ensuring an efficient working system in government offices, the DDC said it would be the only mode of transaction of official business, file work, in offices and asked agents to adopt best practices to improve efficiency in the electronic office system, elimination of official business.

Stating that the electronic office has been introduced in the district to improve transparency, accountability and ensure data security and integrity, he said that it will also help promote innovation by freeing up energy and time. staff unproductive procedures.
