Polygon and AlmaBetter Partner to Deliver Web3 Education – India Education | Latest Education News | World Education News

New Delhi: AlmaBetter, a leading technology development platform, and Polygon, the leading Ethereum scaling blockchain company, announce their partnership to offer blockchain and Web3 developer programs. Polygon will be AlmaBetter’s official program and hiring partner. Polygon has specially curated and designed programs for students and young professionals based on current industry requirements and demand. The program will be available on the AlmaBetter platform and aims to target 1 lakh students by March 2023.

The program will be open to everyone and is designed for learners with no previous experience in the field. The program adheres to a pay-after-placement model and will culminate in a placement for students who complete the program. Polygon also offered to reward top students in the program with $MATIC coins upon successful completion of the course.

The course was launched in view of the rapid emergence of Web3 companies over the past two years. The 28 week program will cover the essentials of full stack web development with a specialization in Web3 development and culminate in the placement campaign.

The program includes aspects of basic programming, system design, cloud services, and blockchain technology. The program consists of five in-depth modules including Web Programming with Basic Javascript, Frontend Development, Backend Development, System Design and Architecture, with the last module being Web 3.0 Blockchain Technology.

Asking Almabetter, about their partnership with Polygon, Co-Founder and CEO Shivam Dutta says, “Polygon are the leaders in the space to drive the opportunities for Web3 enthusiasts in India. This association will allow quality offers thanks to this program meeting the current needs of the industry. Hiring Polygon will also make the experience exciting and supportive for students and contribute to the ecosystem. »

Siraj Raval, Head of Developer Education at Polygon Technology, said, “With over 7,000 companies relying on Polygon, there is huge demand for blockchain developers and this partnership will help us scale the ecosystem in a rapid period of time.”

This new program is now available for registration and anyone wishing to launch their career in Web3 can opt for it with a very minimal refundable security fee (being a pay-after-placement program). While existing blockchain programs require hands-on experience with web development technology, this Web3 program was designed for learners with no prior experience in the field. This will ensure that there is a strong pool of new talent to participate in the growth story of the Web3 ecosystem.

Digital employment is creating a boom in the IT industry and blockchain is one of the fastest growing skill sets, with jobs in this field growing at a blistering rate of 2,000-6,000%. This has resulted in 50-100% higher salaries for blockchain developers compared to conventional developers. The country is estimated to have more than 800,000 jobs created in blockchain and other Web3-related fields over the next few years, according to a NASSCOM report.
