Ma Foi K Pandiarajan Launches Rural Skills Building Initiative – India Education | Latest Education News | Global education news

New Delhi: In India, one of the successful entrepreneurial couples who revolutionized the Indian employment landscape by introducing organized HR services in 1992, Mr. and Mrs. Pandiarajan today announced their new business building initiative. Skills for Rural India – “My Faith Career Center” (MCC), with the aim of building a diverse Indian workforce as “contributors” and “innovators” for the future. MCC, through its collaboration with government departments and large private companies, provides much-needed career counseling, assessments, vocational training, life skills training and work placements for rural youth seeking employment in vertical sectors of industry within the Indian workforce.

Launched under CIEL HR Services, one of the leading AI-focused HR service companies in the country and Ma Foi Strategic Consultants, MCC is specifically designed to provide services to rural districts in India and will be opened in 242 centers to serve approximately 30-35 lakh adult population per location by the end of the calendar year – 2023. As part of the launch, the MCC was inaugurated today in seven locations simultaneously across Tamil Nadu – Coimbatore, Thiruvallur, Chengalpet , Trichy, Madurai, Salem and Chennai.

Commenting on the launch, MK Pandiarajan, Executive Chairman of Ma Foi Group and CIEL HR Services, said: “With MCC, our main goal is to provide a platform, for rural youth, dedicated to training the evolution of economy and strengthen the Indian economy by connecting people with good employment opportunities. We will open a total of 242 centers nationwide by the end of 2023 that will work closely with respective ministries and companies to create positive impact in 748 districts across the country. Since skills development is not a one-time, time-bound transfer of knowledge, I have no doubts that MCC will play its role and help strengthen our economy, build a resilient workforce and help workers gain skills for good jobs and, ultimately, successful careers. . We will integrate physical MCCs with a digital platform to create a community of skill cohorts, employers, government facilitators, vocational training institutions, academic institutions and MCC consultants.

“The launch of MCC marks an important milestone in our journey of representing people’s voices for nearly 30 years in India and around the world. Today technology is changing so quickly that everyone has to learn all the time. Now, with global IoT and cloud connectivity, there is less pressure to be in urban areas. The current pandemic has also brought about a significant shift where many organizations are considering rural expansion to reduce the risks associated with urban cities. After spending almost 30 years in the employment arena, we just wanted to make sure that we are doing what is relevant and, more importantly, that we are playing our role in a more meaningful way ”. added, Ms. Latha Rajan, co-founder – Groupe Ma Foi and CIEL HR Services.
