The Reliance Jio network appears to be down in some parts of the country. Users took to microblogging site Twitter and DownDetector to report their complaints. Most of the users say that they cannot make calls despite the presence of the network. The company has yet to release an official statement on this.

The breakdown tracking site DownDetector indicates that the Jio network has been down since 8:06 PM IST. According to the website, most users were unable to receive a signal, about 66% of them. The network issue apparently only occurred for mobile users. The company’s broadband service was not affected.

“User reports indicate that Jio has been having issues since 8:06 PM IST,” the outage tracking website said in its official tweet.
