Gurugram: Ecom Express Limited, one of India’s leading providers of technology-based end-to-end logistics solutions for the e-commerce industry, today announced the appointment of Vipul Agarwal as Chief Financial Officer. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Gurugram.
Vipul has over 25 years of leadership experience in strategic and financial business planning, inorganic growth and opportunities, financial reporting, treasury management, enterprise risk management, investor relations and other related responsibilities.
At Ecom Express, he will be responsible for Finance, Accounting, Legal, Secretarial, Commercial and Administration functions while generating operating margins, managing client accounts, maintaining cash flow stability and coaching teams. Vipul will oversee business review and financial performance, provide controls, compliance and governance, corporate structuring, in addition to directing business objectives, including corporate profitability.

Vipul Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary and graduated in Commerce from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.
